【病例】患者,女,77岁。平素体健,无家族史和既往药品不良反应史。因左股骨颈骨折来我院行骨折修复手术。为了预防感染,手术前1 d及术后1～5 d予注射用头孢替唑钠(商品名:益替欣,哈药集团制药总厂,批号B200809314,按C_(13)H_(12)N_8O_4S_3计算1.0g,皮试阴性)2g,bid,iv gtt。未联合应用其他用药。当第5天下午静脉滴注该药40 min后,患者自诉发冷,伴双上肢抽搐,口内有异物感,出现口麻等
