产业集群是经济合作与发展组织和联合国工业发展组织大力推崇的产业形式与全球经济发展趋势相伴随,这些年中国不同行业的产业集群已蓬勃发展。辽宁老工业基地要全面振兴,更要在打造产业集群上下功夫。2008年,辽宁省产业集群重大战略开始实施。以工业园区为载体,建设特色产业基地;与三大区域发展战略相结合,促进产业优化升级;以科技创新为支撑,走新型工业化发展道路在辽宁大地掀起了热潮。这一切都源于产业集群的优势:
Industrial cluster is accompanied by the industrial form highly advocated by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development and the UN Industrial Development Organization and the global economic development trend. Industrial clusters in different industries in these years have been thriving. The old industrial base in Liaoning should be rejuvenated in an all-round way, and more efforts must be devoted to building industrial clusters. In 2008, Liaoning Province, a major industrial cluster strategy began. With the industrial park as a carrier, building a distinctive industrial base; combining with the three regional development strategies to promote industrial optimization and upgrading; and taking scientific and technological innovation as a support and taking the path of a new type of industrialization development in Liaoning Province.
