通过对云南省会泽县的旱情及抗旱减灾现状、干旱成因及特点、存在问题等方面进行细致分析,对当前及今后抗旱减灾工作提出对策措施。
Through the detailed analysis of the drought situation and drought relief situation, the causes and characteristics of the drought and the existing problems in Huize County of Yunnan Province, the countermeasures for the current and future drought and disaster reduction work are put forward.
