With the reform of the single-storey house roof structure in China, the multifunctional roof panels have developed rapidly. This article describes a kind of pre-stressed combined multifunctional roof panel with waterproof, thermal insulation and load-bearing. After many years of engineering practice, it is shown that this type of construction is convenient, the structure is safe and reliable, and the board surface has good waterproof effect. Its thermal insulation performance can meet the requirements of the general cold processing workshop where the outdoor heating calculation temperature is higher than -5°C. When it is used below -5°C, it can be filled with light insulation material. This modular panel uses prefabricated and cast-in-place phases for structural forming
