李润森,男,历任公安部第一研究所所长、公安部科技局局长、公安部部长助理、全国社会公共安全产品行业管理委员会主任,现任公安部科学技术委员会主任、中国安全防范产品行业协会名誉理事长,是全国公安科技工作和安防产业发展的重要倡导者和推动者,长期以来密切关注中国安防事业的发展,并做出了卓越的贡献。为推动宣传安防工作,他提议创办《中国公共安全》杂志并担任首任编委会主任,是《中国公共安全》杂志创办发展的重要推动者和见证人。
