清心甘露汤(Seishin-kanro-to,SK)是治疗糖尿病的传统方药,但至今未见其实验研究的报道,为此,以糖尿病模型研究了清心甘露汤的降血糖作用。 实验材料及方法:实验选用ddY小鼠(22～25g),分为二组,一组静脉注射150mg/kg链脲菌素,另一组仅给予枸橼酸盐缓冲液(对照组)。8天后测量小鼠的血糖浓度,选血糖浓度大于16.8mmol/L的小鼠作为糖尿病小鼠(KK-Ay小鼠),空腹18h后,经口给予2g/kg葡萄糖,并于给药后0.5、1和2h,收集血样,并测定血糖浓度。
Seishin-kanro-to (SK) is a traditional medicine for the treatment of diabetes, but no experimental studies have been reported so far. Therefore, the hypoglycemic effect of Qingxin Manlu Decoction was studied in a diabetes model. Experimental materials and methods: ddY mice (22-25 g) were used in the experiment and were divided into two groups. One group received intravenous injection of 150 mg/kg streptozotocin and the other group received only citrate buffer (control group). After 8 days, the mice’s blood glucose concentration was measured, and mice with blood glucose concentrations greater than 16.8 mmol/L were selected as diabetic mice (KK-Ay mice). After 18 hours of fasting, 2 g/kg glucose was orally administered and 0.5 mg after the administration. , 1 and 2h, blood samples were collected and blood glucose concentration was measured.
