环境法学是法学本科生的一门专业必修课程。本文结合综合性大学环境法的教育目的,从教材选择、教学方法、实践环节、考试方式和评价模式等方面,介绍了近几年来兰州大学环境法教学过程中的一些做法和体会。本着今后申请省级精品课程的新目标,针对现实和理想所存在的差距,对环境法学的教学改革提出设想:即尽快建设和运行网络平台,循序渐进地推进双语教学,多层次多手段地设立教学实习基地和积极有效地开展教学研究。
Environmental law is a required course for law undergraduates. Based on the purpose of environment education in comprehensive universities, this paper introduces some approaches and experiences in the teaching of environmental law in Lanzhou University from the aspects of teaching material selection, teaching methods, practical aspects, examination methods and evaluation modes. In line with the new goal of applying for provincial excellent courses in the future, aiming at the existing gap between reality and ideal, this paper proposes the tentative plan for teaching reform of environmental law: building and running a network platform as soon as possible, promoting bilingual education step by step, and establishing multi-level and multi-level teaching Teaching practice base and actively and effectively carry out teaching and research.
