新农村建设的主体主要是农民,农村劳动力60%以上是妇女,她们是促进农村发展的宝贵人力资源,是建设新农村不可或缺的生力军。解决好农村妇女发展中存在的问题,是新农村建设中不容忽视的大问题。
The main body of the new rural construction is mainly peasants. More than 60% of the rural labor force is a woman. They are precious human resources for rural development and an indispensable new force in building a new rural area. To solve the problems existing in the development of rural women is a major issue that can not be ignored in the new rural reconstruction.
