采用高速压制(HVC)技术成形Ti粉,研究润滑剂、两次压制对成形效果的影响,探讨适合HVC技术特点的表征方式。结果表明:与高速压制纯Ti粉相比,含0.3%(质量分数)润滑剂的粉末能在更大的冲击行程下成形而获得更高的压坯密度,并且有利于减少表面剥落和分层等缺陷;两次高速压制时,压坯内应力聚集导致分层和烧结后出现膨胀;HVC的成形效果同时取决于冲击能量和装粉量,质量能量密度能全面表征装粉量和冲击能量等不同参数下的压坯密度;纯Ti粉末在质量能量密度为118 J/g时,所获得的压坯致密度为96.0%。
The Ti powder was formed by high-speed pressing (HVC) technology to study the effect of lubricant and double-pressing on the forming effect and the characterization method suitable for HVC technology.
