武术是中华文化的瑰宝,也是普通高等院校学校体育教育专业和公共体育课必修课之一。如何通过加强思想政治教育,正确引导,切实解决学生的实际问题、满足学生的实际需求,从而培养出一代又一代符合时代要求的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,是当前高校面临的主要工作任务。在对学校武术教育现状进行客观分析的基础上指出,目前我国大、中、小学武术教育的现状是:正处于“表面繁华”遮蔽中的“名存实亡”的尴尬境遇。然而,造成如此现状与问题的症结在于我国的学校武术发展始终是“捆绑”和“寄生”在西方体育的状态之下。文章从武术教育的角度谈谈培养高校学生人文素质的基本要求、基本内容,并提出相应建议,使学生在面对困境时,能够用正确心态来面对,不断加深道德修养、人格魅力等各个方面的建设,促进学生身心健康,塑造学生完美人格。

From the perspective of Wushu education, this article discusses the basic requirements and basic contents of cultivating humanistic qualities of college students, and puts forward corresponding suggestions so that students can face with the correct mentality in the face of difficulties and deepen their moral cultivation and personality charm.
