用正变试验研究了Si、Mn、P元素对铸态球铁的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在常温条件下,Mn含量增加导致冲击性能的下降比P更为显著,但可使强度提高。而在低温(0~—40℃)条件下,P使冲击性能下降的作用比Mn更强烈。Si对性能的影响相对较小。
The influence of Si, Mn and P elements on the microstructure and properties of cast ductile iron was investigated by positive tests. The results show that under normal temperature conditions, the decrease of impact property is more significant than that of P with the increase of Mn content, but the strength can be improved. Under low temperature (0 ~ -40 ℃) conditions, the impact of P to reduce the role of more than Mn. The impact of Si on performance is relatively small.
