对知识转移进行量化的描述,是我们进行图书馆知识管理的前提条件。基于物元模型的模糊综合评判法这种工具为我们进行知识转移计量,知识转移评价提供了一种途径。本文介绍了模糊物元评价的一般原理,给出了基于模糊物元的知识转移评价方法的一般步骤,建立物元知识转移评价模型和基于物元模糊的综合评价方法。从影响知识转移能力的因素出发,即知识输出能力,知识吸收能力,双方的交互能力,合理选择评价指标,建立图书馆知识转移能力评价模型。同时,将模糊物元评价应用于一具体实例分析中,实证评价了一高校图书馆知识转移能力,计算结果表明该方法的优越性和可行性,为知识管理提供了有效的计算方法。
A quantitative description of knowledge transfer is a prerequisite for our knowledge management of libraries. The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Based on Matter-element Model This tool provides a way for us to measure knowledge transfer and evaluate knowledge transfer. This paper introduces the general principle of fuzzy matter element evaluation, gives the general steps of knowledge transfer evaluation method based on fuzzy matter element, establishes the evaluation model of matter element knowledge transfer and the comprehensive evaluation method based on matter element fuzzy. Starting from the factors that affect the ability of knowledge transfer, that is, the capacity of knowledge output, the capacity of knowledge absorption, the mutual ability of both parties and the rational selection of evaluation indexes, the evaluation model of knowledge transfer capacity of libraries is established. At the same time, fuzzy matter-element evaluation is applied to a specific case analysis, which empirically evaluates the knowledge transfer capability of a university library. The calculation results show the superiority and feasibility of the method and provide an effective method for knowledge management.
