This is the scheme design made by the author in 1990. This four-star rated tourist hotel has been built and officially opened for many years. The building is located in the famous scenic spot Dadonghai and covers an area of 51,649 square meters. The original site built a small number of rooms for internal reception in the early years, and a small hotel with 48 rooms was built in the early 1980s. In the early 1990s, the number of rooms increased to 204, with an additional building area of 7,205 square meters and a building density of 10.79%. This combination of low-rise and multi-storey hotels is not large in size, but it has many functions and is complex. The scenic area where the hotel is located is open to the society and a large number of tourists swim in the sea. In addition to the general resident, the hotel also accommodates VIP guests including national leaders. Thousands of tourists and 300 guests, and about 50 VIP guests each day, these different objects are not important to the design. There are no natural barriers and they cannot be separated by walls. The design is based on five vertical roads running from north to south on the beach.
