最近,随着孔加工精度要求的提高,铰孔加工的方法正在逐渐增加。采用铰刀铰孔,通常能加工出正确几何形状和尺寸的内孔,较高的内孔表面质量。铰刀可以装在有回转主轴的任何机床上进行铰孔。铰孔的质量要素之一是表面粗糙度。表面粗糙度与铰刀切削刃的质量、切削条件、冷却润滑液的种类及工件的材质有关。若按附表选择合理的切削条件及合适的冷却润滑液,那么,孔的表面粗糙度就仅与铰刀切削刃质量
Recently, as hole machining accuracy requirements increase, reaming methods are gradually increasing.
