目的:探讨小组护理模式在糖尿病住院患者护理中的应用效果。方法:从2015年5月~2016年5月收治的糖尿病住院患者中随机抽取100例为研究对象,均分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用小组护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较两组的护理满意度、临床指标改善情况。结果:观察组的护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%(P<0.05);观察组的日常活动能力、血糖控制、饮食习惯等指标也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小组护理比较适合糖尿病住院患者,不仅可以提高护理满意度,还能有效改善患者的各项临床指标,提高其治疗效果及生活质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of group nursing mode in the inpatients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: From May 2015 to May 2016, 100 hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly selected for the study, divided into observation group and control group. The observation group used the group nursing mode, the control group used the conventional nursing model, compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction, clinical indicators to improve the situation. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.00%, P <0.05). The activities of daily activities, blood glucose control and eating habits of the observation group were also better than those of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The group nursing is more suitable for patients with diabetes inpatients, not only can improve nursing satisfaction, but also effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients to improve their treatment and quality of life.
