现行的《英语教学大纲》对学生培养的目标就是“培养学生的综合语言运用能力”。这种能力的形成,要求教师有新的教育教学理念。这种教学理念又是什么呢?笔者认为:①面向全体学生,注重素质培养。不再像过去那样只抓几个或部分优秀生升学,而是力求大面积丰收,提高全体学生的整体素质;②整体设计目标,体现灵活开放的教学模式;③突出学生主体,尊重个体差异。教师应树立为学生
The current “English syllabus” aims to train students to “cultivate students' ability to use comprehensive language”. The formation of this ability requires teachers to have a new philosophy of education and teaching. This teaching philosophy is what? I believe: ① for all students, focusing on quality training. Instead of grasping only a few or a few outstanding students as they did in the past, they strive for large-scale bumper harvests and improve the overall quality of all students.
