对牙釉质表面酸蚀后再矿化的研究,以往只限于图像的分析与评估。本研究应用电镜配合能谱仪(energy dispersive x—ray spectrum EDXS)定量分析酸蚀后不同时间组釉质表面钙元素成份,以判别其再矿化程度。结果表明:酸蚀后釉质约三周基本上可完成再矿化。为临床运用及进一步研究酸蚀后再矿化提供了客观依据。
The research on the remineralization of enamel surface after acid etching has been limited to the analysis and evaluation of images in the past. In this study, the calcium content of enamel surface at different time after acid etching was quantified by energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDXS) to determine the degree of remineralization. The results showed that enamel after acid etching can basically complete remineralization for about three weeks. It provides an objective basis for the clinical application and further study of remineralization after acid etching.
