原始模式——项目经理包干这是装修行业中最为原始的接单模式。此种将销售、设计、预算、施工监督一人负责包干的业态,当年曾是市场主流。而目前,则还流行在低成本的小型装修公司当中。如果消费者遇到这样子接单模式的装修公司,大家就应该明白,从本质上说,此类装修公司其实就是一个小型施工队。接单时的项目经理,一般就是老板自己。而所谓的设计师,则多数就是一个制图员(或根本没有)。此外,老板还要担当着预算制定和施工统筹等等诸多角色。有些时候,有些老板甚至还会亲自上阵施工。
