目的掌握安阳市传染病发病动态,为制定防治措施和策略提供依据。方法通过《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》收集、整理、分析资料。结果安阳市2007年传染病发病率为322.17/10万,乙类传染病发病前5位是肺结核、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、麻疹和淋病。结论艾滋病死亡位居安阳市传染病死因首位。今后一段时期防治工作应以控制血源与性传播疾病为重点,采取综合预防措施。
Objective To grasp the incidence of infectious diseases in Anyang City and provide the basis for making prevention and control measures and strategies. Methods Collect, sort out and analyze data through “disease monitoring information report management system”. Results The incidence of infectious diseases in Anyang City in 2007 was 322.17 / 100,000. The top 5 infectious diseases of Class B infectious diseases were tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, dysentery, measles and gonorrhea. Conclusion AIDS death ranks first in the cause of infectious diseases in Anyang City. Prevention and control work in the coming period should focus on controlling blood and sexually transmitted diseases and adopt comprehensive preventive measures.
