目的:考察天然虫草和人工虫草体外免疫活性的差异,为虫草质量的生物评价与控制提供参考。方法:采用MTT比色法,考察天然虫草和人工虫草对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响,并对实验结果进行聚类分析。结果:虫草在0.36~11.52 mg/mL范围内对小鼠脾淋巴细胞无毒性,高浓度(>0.72 mg/mL)时对淋巴细胞的增殖作用明显(P<0.05);免疫活性为:天然虫草>人工虫草,青海虫草>西藏虫草。结论:体外免疫活性评价方法可以初步区分天然虫草和人工虫草。
Objective: To investigate the differences of in vitro immune activity between natural Cordyceps militaris and artificial Cordyceps militaris, and provide references for the biological evaluation and control of Cordyceps militaris quality. METHODS: MTT colorimetric method was used to investigate the effect of Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps militaris on the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes induced by ConA, and the experimental results were clustered. RESULTS: Cordyceps militaris was not toxic to spleen lymphocytes of mice in the range of 0.36-11.52 mg/mL, and the proliferation of lymphocytes was significant at high concentrations (>0.72 mg/mL) (P<0.05). The immunological activity was: Cordyceps militaris > Artificial Cordyceps, Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps militaris. Conclusion: The evaluation method of in vitro immune activity can be used to distinguish the natural Cordyceps from Cordyceps militaris.
