紫茎泽兰是世界头号入侵杂草,建立紫茎泽兰无性系,可以在短时间内提供大量遗传背景一致的植物材料,以研究它入侵的生理生化及分子生态学机制。利用丛生芽微繁技术培养紫茎泽兰的研究表明:M S+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L+KT 3mg/L为丛生芽增殖的最适培养基;而1/2M S+IAA 0.1mg/L对生根最有利;试管苗经炼苗后移栽成活率达98%。
Eupatorium adenophorum is the number one invaded weed in the world, and the establishment of Eupatorium adenophorum clones provides a large number of plant materials with consistent genetic background in order to study the physiological, biochemical and molecular ecological mechanisms of its invasion. The study on culturing Eupatorium adenophorum with micropropagation of cluster buds showed that M 2 + BA 2.0mg / L + NAA 0.05mg / L + KT 3mg / L was the most suitable medium for the proliferation of clump buds; S + IAA 0.1mg / L on the most favorable for rooting; test tube seedlings after transplanting survival rate of 98%.
