目的:分析妇科急诊超声诊断特点和误诊原因。方法:对我院2012年8月-2015年2月妇科急诊超声检查患者的资料进行回顾性分析,以探讨超声诊断特点及误诊原因。结果:107例患者误诊3例,漏诊2例,诊断符合率为95.3%,误诊率为4.7%。结论:超声在妇科急诊疾病中具有符合率高、操作简便、安全性高的优势。分析诊断误诊原因,对提高诊断率、制定有效治疗方案来说意义重大。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and misdiagnosis of ultrasonic diagnosis in gynecological emergency department. Methods: The data of gynecological emergency ultrasonography in our hospital from August 2012 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed to explore the characteristics of ultrasound diagnosis and the causes of misdiagnosis. Results: 107 cases were misdiagnosed in 3 cases and missed in 2 cases. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 95.3% and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.7%. Conclusion: Ultrasound has the advantages of high coincidence rate, simple operation and high safety in gynecological emergency. Analysis of the causes of misdiagnosis, to improve the diagnostic rate, the development of effective treatment program is of great significance.
