本文报道一例急性腹泻致低钠血症患者,因大量快速补钠引起的桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症。 病例报告 患者女性,55岁,因发热、腹泻2日,神志恍惚1日入院。1994年6月5日中午,患者进食皮蛋两个后,出现全身不适,发热、呕吐胃内容物多次,频繁腹泻水样便,未予治疗。病后两日,出现神志恍惚,时有四肢抽搐,两便失禁,血压10/7kPa,血钠103mmol/L。门诊给予大量补液及补钠治疗,18小时内
