科学发展观作为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分,以丰富的思想内涵构建了第一要义是发展、核心是以人为本、基本要求是全面协调可持续、根本方法是统筹兼顾的科学理论。只有全面地而不是片面地、准确地而不是模糊地、系统地而不是零碎地理解和掌握,才能真正学懂弄通,自觉地用科学发展观指导工作。

As an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the scientific concept of development constructs the first essential meaning of development with rich ideological connotation, the core is people-oriented, the basic requirement is overall coordination and sustainable, and the fundamental method is to make overall consideration of scientific theories. Only by comprehensively and not one-sidedly and accurately rather than vaguely and systematically rather than piecemeal understanding and mastery can we truly understand and conscientiously guide our work through the concept of scientific development.
