目的 :研究nm2 3H1蛋白、DNA倍体状态与食管癌区域淋巴结转移的相关性及临床意义。方法 :应用流式细胞荧光免疫技术检测食管癌新鲜手术标本食管癌组织 (癌 )、食管癌旁 1cm粘膜 (癌旁 )、食管正常粘膜 (切缘 )及食管癌区域淋巴结 (淋巴结 )组织中nm2 3H1蛋白表达及DNA倍体状态。结果 :nm2 3H1蛋白表达阳性率在食管癌旁、切缘、癌及淋巴结组织中依次降低 ,在有转移组分别为 16 65%、9.4 4 %、4 .99%和 8.30 % ,在无转移组分别为 2 4 .77%、14.4 9%、7.0 9%和 3.81%。在无转移组内 ,切缘与癌及淋巴结组织间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5)。在有转移组内差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;食管癌组织中异倍体发生率为 89.58% ( 4 3/48) ,异倍体发生与淋巴结转移及nm2 3H1蛋白表达之间无显著相关性。结论 :nm2 3H1蛋白表达与食管癌区域淋巴结转移之间呈负相关 ;DNA倍体状态与食管癌组织nm2 3H1蛋白表达及区域淋巴结转移之间无相关性。nm2 3H1蛋白检测在食管癌淋巴结转移的早期诊断方面可能具有临床应用价值
Objective: To study the correlation between nm2 3H1 protein, DNA ploidy status and lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of nm2 in esophageal cancer fresh surgical specimens of esophageal cancer tissue, 1cm mucosa adjacent to esophageal mucosa (paracancer), normal esophageal mucosa (cut margin) and esophageal lymph node (lymph node) 3H1 protein expression and DNA ploidy status. Results: The positive rate of nm23H1 protein in esophageal cancer tissues, margins, cancers and lymph nodes decreased in turn, with metastasis group were 16 65%, 9.4 4%, 4.99% and 8.30% Respectively 24.77%, 14.49%, 7.09% and 3.81%. In the non-metastasis group, there were significant differences between the margins and cancerous and lymph node tissues (P <0.05). The incidence of aneuploidy was 89.58% (4 3/48) in esophageal cancer tissues, aneuploidy and lymph node metastasis, and the expression of nm23H1 protein in metastasis group (P> 0.05) No significant correlation between. Conclusion: There is a negative correlation between the expression of nm23H1 protein and the lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer. There is no correlation between DNA ploidy and the expression of nm23H1 protein in esophageal cancer and regional lymph node metastasis. nm2 3H1 protein detection may have clinical value in the early diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer
