二氯乙酸盐(dichloroacetate,DCA)为丙酮酸脱氢酶激活剂。本文研究DCA对缺血性心脏病人的心肌代谢和血流动力学的影响。研究对象为9例冠心病和心绞痛病人。全部病人的空腹血糖≤100mg/dl,研究前停用β阻滞剂或钙拮抗剂至少48小时,停用长效硝酸盐至少24小时,但允许舌下含服硝酸甘油。将病人随机给药,4例病人分别在15分钟内静注DCA(钠盐)1、10、20和30mg/吨,另5例病人分别在15分钟内各静注DCA 50mg/kg。平均剂量为34.5
Dichloroacetate (DCA) is a pyruvate dehydrogenase activator. This article studies the effect of DCA on myocardial metabolism and hemodynamics in patients with ischemic heart disease. The subjects were 9 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. All patients had fasting plasma glucose ≤100 mg / dl, beta blockers or calcium antagonists discontinued for at least 48 hours prior to the study, long-acting nitrates discontinued for at least 24 hours, but sublingual nitroglycerin was permitted. Patients were randomly assigned to receive 4, 10, and 30 mg / t of DCA (sodium salt) intravenously in 15 minutes, and intravenous DCA 50 mg / kg in 5 minutes in 15 minutes. The average dose was 34.5
