女工是企业员工的重要组成部分,也是企业生产经营和文化建设的有生力量,本文探讨了如何在新形势下发挥女工委作用,通过教育、培训提升女工综合素质,保障女工合法权益,以工会为中心创新活动形式,加强女工干部队伍建设等多种途径和方法,开创企业女工工作的新局面。
Women workers are an important part of their employees and a viable force for their production, operation and cultural construction. This article explores how to give play to the role of women workers committees in the new situation, enhance the overall qualities of women workers through education and training, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of women workers. Center forms of innovative activities, strengthening the construction of cadres of women workers and other means and methods to create a new situation in the work of women workers.
