目前,非公有制企业党建工作存在着党组织工作难平衡、党组织影响难扩大、党组织局面难打开、党组织作用难发挥等问题,加强非公有制企业党建工作的对策有:以队伍建设为突破,切实增强党组织的带动力;以阵地建设为抓手,切实增强党组织的凝聚力;以规范建设为重点,切实增强党组织的战斗力;以服务群众为基点,切实增强党组织的影响力;以服务企业为中心,切实增强党组织的号召力。
