混凝土工程施工中可能出现混凝土强度检验评定不合格的现象,导致无法正常通过验收,主要表现为强度偏低和匀质性差。施工单位、监理单位、建设单位的技术管理人员应认真对待,做好技术交底,加强施工管理,在施工阶段采取正确的预防措施,在验收阶段若遇混凝土强度不合格按规定的程序和方法采取补救措施。本文通过对混凝土强度通病的分析,提出了防治和处理的办法和程序。
