去年8月至9月,我们在全市范围内开展了一次刑释解教人员的重新违法犯罪情况调研,发现刑释解教人员重新违法犯罪现象还相当严重。仅去年上半年,重新违法率为1.7%,占上半年全市违法人员总数的13.5%;重新犯罪率为1.2%,占上半年全市犯罪人员总数的15.5%。刑释解教人员重新违法犯罪,其原因是多方面的,遏制重新违法犯罪率上升的趋势,
From August to September last year, we carried out a survey on the re-criminal activities of people who have released their prisons from prison, and found that the crime of re-unlawful release of criminals was still quite serious. In the first half of last year alone, the rate of illegal re-incrimination was 1.7%, accounting for 13.5% of the total number of illegal workers in the city in the first half of the year. The rate of recidivism was 1.2%, accounting for 15.5% of the total number of criminals in the city in the first half of the year.
