公共决策是政府提供公共服务和实施管理的主导方式,在政府的公共决策过程中,有没有公民参与,公民以哪种方式参与,参与程度又如何,则影响着政府公共政策的有效性和收益性,公民参与已经成为行政民主化发展的趋势和社会治理的客观要求。公民参与对于维护公民权利、促进政策实施起到了非常积极的作用。
Public decision-making is the dominant way for the government to provide public services and implement management.
