今年世界银行邀请两位诺贝尔经济学奖获得者牵头,组织专家学者对快速增长的11个经济体进行深入分析后,编写了一份《增长报告》。该《报告》说:这11个经济体能够取得持续20年每年人均收入7%的增长,有五个共同的特点:开放经济、宏观经济稳定、高储蓄、市场经济和政府的推动引导作用。在2009中关村论坛上,世界银行高级副行长兼首席经济学家林毅夫就此进行了详细的诠释和分析。
This year, the World Bank invited two Nobel Prize winners in economics to organize experts and scholars to conduct an in-depth analysis of 11 fast-growing economies and write a “growth report.” The report said that these 11 economies can achieve 7% annual per capita income growth for 20 years and have five common characteristics: open economy, macroeconomic stability, high savings, market economy and the government’s guiding role. At 2009 Zhongguancun Forum, Lin Yifu, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank, gave a detailed explanation and analysis.
