用等离子体源发射光谱分析法对32个牛毛样品,包括病牛和健牛,进行K、Na、Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、P、Cu、Zn、Co、Ni、Mn、Mo、Cr、Si、Se、Ti、V、Pb十九种元素的测定。各元素分别作随机区组法统计,发现病牛被毛中Al显著增高(P<0.01),Cr和Co的含量都较高(P<0.05)。将本法测得结果与用原子吸收分光光度法的六种元素测定结果相比较,发现Co的统计结果两种方法相一致(P<0.05),Cu、Zn、Mn的平均值很靠近,Ni、Pb的增降趋势呈正相关。每个元素的平均值、中值和统计结果列表注明,并对各元素进行了回收试验。
32 samples of bovine wool, including sick and healthy cattle, were analyzed by plasma source emission spectrometry for K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al, Fe, P, Cu, Zn, Co, Ni, Mn, Mo, Cr, Determination of Nineteen Elements of Si, Se, Ti, V, Pb. The results showed that the content of Al and Al in the coat was significantly higher (P <0.01), and the contents of Cr and Co were higher (P <0.05). Comparing the measured results of this method with those of the six elements determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, it is found that the statistical results of Co coincide with those of the two methods (P <0.05). The average values of Cu, Zn and Mn are very close to that of Ni , Pb increase and decrease trend was positively correlated. The mean, median, and statistical results for each element are noted, and the recovery tests for each element are performed.
