第一章总则第一条根据中华人民共和国宪法第四十八条、四十九条规定的精神,为保护女职工的身体健康,提高民族素质,特制定本规定。第二条女职工保健工作必须贯彻预防为主的方针,注意女性生理特点和职业特点,认真执行国家有关劳动保护、劳动卫生的各项法规和政策。第三条本规定适用于一切有女职工的企业、事业、机关和团体。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the spirit of Articles 48 and 49 of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China and in order to protect the health of women workers and raise their national qualifications. Article 2 The health work of women workers must implement the principle of prevention first, pay attention to the physiological characteristics and occupational characteristics of women, and earnestly implement all the laws, regulations and policies concerning labor protection and labor hygiene in the country. Article 3 These Provisions shall apply to all enterprises, undertakings, organs and organizations that have female staff and workers.
