胸前搥击是心肺复苏急诊抢救的辅助治疗方法之一。心电异常其中包括室性心动过速、心室颤动和室性停搏,都可能对机械刺激起反应。胸前搥击和心室起搏一样,可导致一次室性早搏而终止室性心动过速,据推测是诱发的室性早搏阻断了室性心动过速的折返途径所致。但胸前搥击和心室起搏这两种方法的刺激都可能刚好落在室性心动过速的易损期而引起室颤。
Thoracic pounding is an emergency treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation one of the adjuvant therapy. Abnormal ECGs, including ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation and ventricular arrest, may respond to mechanical stimuli. Chest thump and ventricular pacing, like, can lead to a ventricular premature beats and termination of ventricular tachycardia, presumably induced premature ventricular contractions caused by ventricular tachycardia retreated. However, chest thump and ventricular pacing both stimulation may fall just in the vulnerable period of ventricular tachycardia and cause ventricular fibrillation.
