以培养全面发展的个人为基本特征的现代教育日益彰显出以人为本的理念和社会服务的功能。打造服务型学校是现代教育发展的必然趋势,也是学校发展、教师进步、学生成才的必然之路。构建服务型初中学校体系要转变办学理念,完善服务型管理机制;转变教师角色,增强教师服务意识;培养学生自主意识,促进学生个性化发展。
Modern education, which is based on cultivating fully-developed individuals, has increasingly demonstrated the people-oriented concept and the function of social services. Creating a service-oriented school is an inevitable trend of the development of modern education, and it is also an inevitable way for school development, teacher progress, and student success. To build a service-oriented junior high school system, we must change the concept of running schools and improve service-oriented management mechanisms; change the role of teachers and increase teachers’ awareness of service; cultivate students’ sense of independence and promote individual development of students.
