漆树(Rhus verniciflua Stokes)是我国重要的特用经济树种之一。由于它的种皮骨质,坚硬结实,且外表含有脂肪和蜡质,水分和空气不易进入,从而阻碍了胚的生长和发育,育苗困难。所以,种子如不经处理,当年播种后一般不出苗,甚至二、三年也出不齐全。为了解决这一问题,笔者从1983年起连续两年在海拔1,650米的王二荒村做了“三高”法处理种子(高温去蜡脂、高温浸种、高温催芽)的育苗试验,初步取得较好的效果。一、方法1.选择立地条件相同的四个育苗试验区。每个试验区面积0.5亩,播种5公斤。试验地土壤为灰包火土,pH值6.4—6.8。按种子的处理方法分区编号,设不处理为对照。播种整
