本文应用CDFI检测63例妊高征治疗前、不同治疗后母体及其胎儿肾动脉血流阻力指数(RI)并计算个体间的差值百分比。结果显示:①单纯吸氧治疗后胎儿肾动脉RI下降幅度较母体肾动脉RI下降幅度大(P<0.01),表明妊高征时胎儿肾动脉阻力增高与缺氧关系密切;②单纯解痉治疗后,母体肾动脉RI较胎儿肾动脉RI下降幅度大(P<0.01)。表明妊高征时母体肾动脉阻力增高的主要原因是血管痉挛。
In this paper, CDFI was used to detect 63 cases of PIH before treatment, after treatment of different maternal and fetal renal artery resistance index (RI) and calculate the percentage difference between individuals. The results showed that: (1) RI of fetal renal artery decreased more significantly than that of maternal renal artery (P <0.01) after simple oxygen therapy, which showed that the resistance of fetal renal artery was closely related to hypoxia when PIH was induced; ② Simple antispasmodic treatment RI of maternal renal artery decreased more than that of fetal renal artery (P <0.01). The main reason why maternal renal artery resistance increases during PIH is vasospasm.
