目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛门湿疹的疗效。方法:将150例肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各75例,治疗组采用中药熏洗,亚甲兰局部注射、氦氖激光局部照射、醋酸肤轻松软膏涂于患处;对照组用1/5000pp粉溶液坐浴,亚甲兰局部注射、氦氖激光局部照射、醋酸肤轻松软膏外涂患处。两组均以10天为1疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈率和总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗肛门湿疹疗效满意,急慢性肛门湿疹均适用,方法简单,值得临床应用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of anal eczema with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: 150 cases of perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 75 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine, local injection of methylene blue, local irradiation with He-Ne laser, With 1 / 5000pp powder solution bath, local injection of methylene blue, He-Ne laser local irradiation, vinegar skin easily coated with ointment affected area. Both groups took 10 days as a course of treatment. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of anal eczema is satisfactory, acute and chronic anus eczema are applicable, the method is simple and worthy of clinical application.
