针对目前煤矿井下采掘设备的控制模式,结合煤矿采掘设备的特点与发展需求,设计了可扩展的分布式控制系统。完成了电控系统结构框架和功能模块的设计,描述了系统可扩展性与网络结构,阐述了中央控制层、数据采集层和系统应用层的构成与原理,给出了电控系统抗干扰实现方法。该电控系统以分布式控制和可扩展性为理念,能对采掘设备按模块进行分布式控制,并根据需要灵活配置,对推动煤矿井下采掘设备控制系统的网络化、信息化、智能化发展具有很重要的意义。
