随着经济的发展和竞争的日益加剧,我国越发重视对工商管理专业人才转换为实用型职业化人才的培养。工商管理专业培养是服务于当今规模化企业经营管理的人才,而现今学生毕业就业时并不能满足于社会、企业工作人才的需求,所以对于工商管理专业人才的培养模式出现了更高标准的要求。现阶段为了遵循社会与企业的需要,也应对于国家人才培养政策,从而对工商管理人才培养模式进行了改革。本文重视提高人才培养的质量,对工商管理人才培养模式改革进程做了分析并提出了的相应的问题和相对的解决建议。
With the development of economy and the increasing competition, our country pays more and more attention to the training of business professionals to practical talents. The training of business administration professionals is to serve the management of today’s large-scale enterprises. Nowadays, when graduates are employed, they can not meet the needs of the social and business professionals. Therefore, there is a higher standard for training business management professionals . At this stage, in order to comply with the needs of the society and enterprises, we should also cope with the policy of national personnel training so as to reform the training model of business administration personnel. This article attaches great importance to improving the quality of personnel training, analysis of the reform process of business management personnel training mode and put forward the corresponding problems and relative solutions.
