新疆自治区乌鲁木齐市税务局为贯彻落实国家税务总局《八、五期间于部教育规划》,提高干部素质,建立一支有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的干部队伍,他们始终把开展干部学历教育作为一件大事来抓。截至1993年底,提前两年超额完成国家税务总局《八、五期间干部教育规划》指标。该局学历结构是:本科毕业生占干部总数的4.37％,大专毕业生占干部总数的35.53％,中专毕业生占干部总数的33.55％。大、中专毕业生共占干部总数73.45%。在开展干部学历教育工作中,这个局的主要做法是:
