目的:应用以人的健康为中心的护理理念,坚持以“体检客户为中心”的服务宗旨,构建和谐的医患关系,塑造良好的体检形象,实现了吸引更多的体检客户,提高体检服务质量,促进了体检中心医务人员自我完善与自我提高,从而推动了体检中心继续向前发展。方法:提供人性化的体检环境,优化体检流程,搞好优质服务。结果:使医务人员改善了服务态度,增强了职业责任感和荣誉感。结论:人性化护理是提高社会效益和经济效益的有力措施。
