根据国家自然科学基金委员会与韩国科学与工程基金会(KOSEF)签订的协议,中韩基础科学联委会第4次会议于1999年5月17日在上海召开。国家自然科学基金委员会副主任周炳琨院士和随团来访的KOSEF朴唇好主席出席了会议。 中韩基础科学联委会是由中国国家自然科学基金委员会和KOSEF共同组建的,共有12名成员,双方各6名,每方各有一位主席。
According to the agreement signed by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KOSEF), the 4th meeting of the Joint Commission on Basic Science in China and Korea was held in Shanghai on May 17, 1999. Academician Zhou Bingkun, deputy director of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and KOSEF, chairman of the delegation, were present at the meeting. The Joint Foundation for Basic Science in China and South Korea was jointly established by the China National Natural Science Foundation of China and KOSEF. It has a total of 12 members, each of whom has six members and each has a chairman.
