我国自改革开放而后经济蓬勃发展以来,陆续出现职业教育校企合作等现象。学校与企业合作存在政府、公司、学校、学生等问题。无论少了哪个方面,都无法有效率地解决职业教育校企合作的跨部门、跨领域、跨资源等问题。国家也应构建校企合作的法律体系明确校企合作在人才培养中的特殊地位,,弄明白参与各方的权利和责任,针对主要问题开展制度创新,系统性地,有条有序地搭建职业教育学校与企业互相合作的国家规定的体制,并且还要有培养高素养、道德品质优良、技能型人才的基本制度,以此实现校企合作的绿色可持续无限循环发展。
