我院自七三年开展输卵管结扎术至今一千五百余例中,发现再生育患者五例,约占绝育妇女的0.33％左右,其中一例再次引剖宫取胎和输卵管切除术。现将病例报告如下: 刁××,30岁,藏族,社员。患者为G_7P_6,于七七年四月在经后一周引双侧输卵管结扎术(近端包埋远端游离法),术后自服“鹿茸精”三瓶,“人参精”二瓶。七八年元月发现再次妊娠时已四个月,无奈,再次引剖宫胎和输卵管切除术。术中见双侧输卵管结扎处粘连,致使输卵管
