近年来,我国事业单位分配制度改革深入进行,许多事业单位推行绩效考核制度,推动事业单位人力资源管理向有序化发展。文章对我国事业单位绩效工资现状加以分析,期望能为事业单位绩效工资制度的落实与完善提供可行性建议。
In recent years, the reform of the distribution system of public institutions in our country has been carried out in depth. Many institutions have implemented the performance appraisal system to promote the orderly development of human resources management in public institutions. This article analyzes the status quo of performance pay in public institutions in China, and hopes to provide feasible suggestions for the implementation and improvement of performance pay system in public institutions.
