用间接SPA花环法,检测12例白血病患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚型(OKT),同时检测贫血患儿10例,正常对照8例。结果(1) 白血病患儿OKT较正常组普遍降低,以T_4为甚下降30%,T_3下降18.5%,T_8下降19.3%,T_4/T_8比值低于正常(P<0.05)。(2) 贫血患儿OKT较对照组降低,T~3下降18%,T_4下降19.1%,T_8下降13.2%,T_4/T_8比值与正常无差异(P>0.05)(3) 白血病患儿与贫病组T_3、T_8无差异,而T_4降低(P<0.05)。T_4/T_8比值低于贫血组(P<0.05),(4) 白血病患儿治疗缓解后,T_4相对上升,T_8下降,T_4/T_8比值恢复正常。白血病细胞影响血细胞生长微环境,使血细胞生成受抑制,且白血病患
The indirect SPA wreath method was used to detect the T lymphocyte subtype (OKT) in peripheral blood of 12 children with leukemia. Meanwhile, 10 children with anemia and 8 normal controls were detected. Results (1) The OKT in children with leukemia was generally lower than that in the normal group. The T_4 was decreased by 30%, T_3 decreased by 18.5%, T_8 decreased by 19.3%, and the ratio of T_4 / T_8 was lower than normal (P <0.05). (2) OKT in anemia was lower than that in control group. T ~ 3 decreased by 18%, T_4 decreased by 19.1%, T_8 decreased by 13.2%, T_4 / T_8 ratio had no difference with normal (P> 0.05) There was no difference between T_3 and T_8, but T_4 decreased (P <0.05). The ratio of T_4 / T_8 in anemia group was lower than that in anemia group (P <0.05). (4) After treatment of leukemia, the relative increase of T 4, decrease of T 8 and return of T 4 / T 8 ratio returned to normal.
