在化工、化肥、炼钢等等企业中,大型往复式压缩机是极为重要的设备。由于布置管道时振动方面的问题考虑不周,或者根本没有考虑,致使在运行时管道发生激烈振动,并导致周围建筑物振动和引起烦人的噪音。有时,还会降低容积效率,增加额外功率消耗。更甚者,还会牵扯气缸摇头,发生气阀及控制阀失灵和管道、支架疲劳破坏等严重后果。为了克服管道振动,不少厂矿往往因盲目地求助于加固、迭焊等简单的措施,收效甚微,因而造成极大的困扰。
In the chemical, fertilizer, steel and so on, large reciprocating compressors are extremely important equipment. Due to the lack of consideration of the vibrations when arranging the pipes, or not at all, the pipes vibrate violently during operation and cause vibrations and annoying noises in the surrounding buildings. Sometimes, volumetric efficiency is reduced and additional power consumption is added. What is more, it will also involve the cylinder shaking his head, valve and control valve failure and pipeline, stent fatigue and other serious consequences. In order to overcome the vibration of pipes, many factories and mines often cause great troubles due to blindly resorting to simple measures such as reinforcement and overlap welding, with little success.
