本文根据作者多年来在齿轮胶合理论与计算方面的研究结果,首次提出了齿轮第三个计算理论体系新的齿轮胶合强度计算方法。文中给出了校核公式、理论设计计算公式和比较计算公式。由于作者的一些理论计算已用于生产并经多年考核,因而这一研究是科学、可信和可靠的.为便于掌握和运用,文中也给出了设计计算和比较计算实例,其计算结果表明理论计算与实际吻合。
Based on the author’s research on the theory and calculation of gear bonding for many years, this paper proposes for the first time a new method for calculating the bonding strength of gears based on the third calculation theory of gears. The paper gives the checking formula, the theoretical design calculation formula and the comparison calculation formula. Because some of the author’s theoretical calculations have been used in production and after years of assessment, this study is scientific, credible and reliable.In order to facilitate the mastery and application, the article also gives examples of design calculation and comparative calculation, the calculation results show that theory Calculation and actual match.
